Computer Center

Knowing that owning a computer was out-of-reach for many of our residents, the Board of Directors recognized the importance and value of the computer and internet to those living alone. We offer personalized and individual computer training so all residents have the opportunity to learn and use the lab. We have six computers, with a printer, and Wi-Fi used for other devices, such as laptops, tablets and phones. We have a part-time Computer Center Coordinator available to help our residents with all the technology. Our residents can communicate with friends & family, and keep in touch with their communities from where they are from world wide. Many speak other languages and can do research, shop, play games and read in their native language.

The Computer Lab has become a place to hangout and meet other residents. Its social value is immeasurable.

The Computer Lab at B’nai B’rith Covenant House was established through individual donations funded by our 501(c)(3) non profit organization Tucson Covenant with Elderly.
